Oh by the way...

Ellie had a good night last night - one bradie and one desat. She tolerated all her feedings...no stools though. However, I did forget to say that yesterday she did have an enema which helped with the stooling...she had a big one...and yes, Mom took one for the team cleaning that one up. We're surprised she still gained weight yesterday after that one! :) Dad got to hold Ellie this morning through her 9 am feeding and boy, was she making some cute noises! She did have one bradie during it though - must have gotten too comfy! Miss Ellie has a hard time keeping her head straight while sleeping on her back - she sure likes to turn it to the side. This isn't helping with the rounding of the ol head. Last night actually before we left, we put her on her back and basically had bean bags on each side to hold her head straight. She had this look on her face like, "seriously, are you going to make me stay like this?" and was wide awake. We sang the fastest rendition of Goodnight Sweetheart and then left before we would fold. I realize that leaving is probably not the best solution, but well, we did...it's for your own good Ellie! Please continue to pray for Mandy and her skin irritation issues. She had a follow up appt at the Breastfeeding Clinic and they recommended being on the antibiotic for two MORE weeks. It's ok, since the medicine is helping, but still frustrating that it's not cleared up yet. Well, Mom and Dad Gramkow are taking a trip to Overland Park today to Babies R Us to hopefully finally decide on a carseat! We're planning on trying the bottle feeding at 3 p.m. if Miss. Ellie is giving us the right cues!
