Snoodles

In Ellie's latest sleeping pictures you can see her cuddling with her mommy's snoodle. Just for fun I've written a technical description of snoodles: Snoodling utilizes a sophisticated, research backed, infant development technique. This technique integrates the tactile and olfactory responses of the infant and is often especially effective on premature babies. Translation: The doctors say that if we put these stuffed dolls inside our shirts for a while and then lay them next to Ellie it will make her happy. Apparently our scents comfort her. Funny, her mom has never been comforted by my scents.

  1. Thanks Ben for your faithfulness in keeping us all "abreast" of Ellie's day to day development...have you ever thought about going into writing as a career?? Been praying for all three of you...what a gift God has given you of this special bonding time together...even though it is a tad bit early and not the way you had it planned in your schedules...sounds like He has everything under control...I spoke with Dean yesterday and we laughed and shed a few tears and how God is working out all the details of Ellie's life...go God!!! lovingly, Connie

  2. Snoodles... love the definition you gave Ben... it makes much more sense than the technical jargon! Thanks for helping us smile in the midst of the day to days of life! Ellie is amazing!
